What we collect
When you subscribe to our newsletter or use a contact form, we collect the information you provide — typically your email address and, where you enter it, your name and message. Form submissions are stored on our website infrastructure (WordPress, hosted on WP Engine). Our web server also records standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and operations.
How we use it
We use your email address to send you the newsletter and notifications you signed up for. We do not sell or rent your personal information. If we ever introduce sponsorships or analytics tools that involve additional data collection, this policy will be updated before they take effect.
Consent and unsubscribing
By subscribing, you consent to receive our emails in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect promptly. You can also contact us at any time to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, consistent with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies necessary for basic functionality, and we use Google Analytics 4 (installed via Google Site Kit) to understand aggregate site usage — pages visited, approximate region, and how visitors arrive. We do not use analytics data to identify individuals, and we do not run advertising or sell data. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out tool at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Consent management tooling for applicable jurisdictions is being configured; this policy will be updated as it changes.
